Blake Lively speaks out after unseen footage from It Ends With Us set is leaked

Blake Lively has responded to the recently released footage of her and Justin Baldoni

The former Gossip Girl star said the footage proves how uncomfortable she was on set.

Lively and Baldoni are filming a slow dance scene together, but her lawyers claim it was not choreographed.

The footage was reportedly leaked this week after it was referenced in Lively's lawsuit.

In the clip, the actors are dancing together and engaging in small talk. They're both in character during the scene but Lively's lawyers have confirmed none of the actions were choreographed.

They alleged that Baldoni improvised a lot of the scene.

The clip "shows Mr. Baldoni repeatedly leaning in toward Ms. Lively, attempting to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing his face and mouth against her neck, flicking her lip with his thumb, caressing her, telling her how good she smells, and talking with her out of character."

Her lawyers told DailyMail.com, "Justin Baldoni and his lawyer may hope that this latest stunt will get ahead of the damaging evidence against him, but the video itself is damning."

They said Ms. Lively was visibly uncomfortable in the footage and there was no discussion or consent in advance.

Baldoni accused of sexual harassment

There was also no intimacy coordinator present at the time.

They continued, "Any woman who has been inappropriately touched in the workplace will recognize Ms. Lively’s discomfort."

"They will recognize her attempts at levity to try to deflect the unwanted touching. No woman should have to take defensive measures to avoid being touched by their employer without their consent," her legal team added.

Lively has accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and claimed he caused her emotional distress.

She also accused him of launching a campaign to “destroy” her career as well as her reputation.

Baldoni filed a €400 million against Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds.

Baldoni’s lawsuit follows Lively filing a legal complaint last year accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and a “hostile work environment” on the set of the film.

Baldoni is looking for at least $400 million in damages from Lively, including lost future income.

He has also accused the famous pair of hijacking the It Ends With Us marketing and production.

“This is a case about two of the most powerful stars in the world deploying their enormous power to steal an entire film right out of the hands of its director and production studio,” the lawsuit claims.
