Actress Emilie de Ravin and her husband of eight years, actor Josh Janowicz, are getting divorced.
He filed the legal documents, citing irreconcilable differences, this week according to TMZ. They apparently split in November.
It is the second time the couple, who tied the knot in June 2006, have filed for divorce. Six months after they were married, she filed papers but they lay dormant for two years.
Then in 2009, the papers were served and they announced their split but again they never actually got divorced.
Emilie is most famous for appearing in Lost, Once Upon a Time and Remember Me while Joshua has had roles in Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle and Complicity.
The couple are reportedly getting a divorce.
