A very famous face was spotted hanging out in Athlone this week and to say we’re upset that we missed out on meeting him is an understatement.
Stepbrothers star John C Reilly was in the midlands town earlier this week did what ever visitor to Athlone does by dropping into the country’s oldest bar, Sean’s Bar.
The famous pub welcomed the actor with open arms and even managed to get a snap of him alongside their own famous barman Dennis ‘Dinny’ Brennan.

John was reportedly cruising around the Emerald Isle after dropping into the Galway Film Fleadh… Hmm, maybe he’s still hanging around the place.
