The next time your phone, Mac or iPad start acting up, all you need to do is get on Twitter.
It’s all thanks to Apple’s decision to move their support services to the instant social media site – so users can contact them the minute they need help:

The Twitter account will solely offer advice to customers, separate to existing accounts like Apple Music (@AppleMusic) and the App Store (@AppStore) account.
The account will only offer tips and tutorials, with the Apple Support tech team often recommending customers send a DM to follow-up with their request.
The account, which is just three hours old, has already racked up more than 40,000 followers.
