The conference will reportedly be attended by at least 1,500 delegates from around the world and is also expected to generate approximately €2 million for the local economy.
The theme for the conference will be ‘Digital Innovation at the Crossroads’.
“This is a significant coup for Dublin and reflects Ireland’s growing reputation as a global technolofy centre,” stated Professor Brian Fitzgerald of Lero.
