To look at them now, you'd never think that some of our most fashionable A-listers used to make the worst dressed lists! From VB's flirtation with a bottle of peroxide to J Lo going ghetto for her man, some of today's style icons used to look a bit of a state.

So, even if you think that you're having a bit of a bad style spell and feel like your wardrobe is full of fashion misses, these pics will make you feel a whole lot better. There really is hope for us all!

Victoria Beckham:

She's still sticking that leg out as if her life depends on it, but Posh has come along way in the style stakes. And, if you were to tell us four years ago that she'd be bessies with Anna Wintour, would have her own, highly reputable fashion lable and would show at New York Fashion Week we wouldn't have believed you! Bet she wishes all those blonde picks could be burned...

Nicole Richie:

She's now the darling of the fashion world and is FROWing with the best of them but back in the day, Nicole was better know as Paris Hilton's chubby little friend who got too drunk at events and wore as little as possible. These days she's ditched her former bestie (good move Nic!), has embraced fashion and has never looked more chic. 

Diane Kruger:

The blonde beauty has been at the top of our style list for a while now and always nails it on the red carpet, but back in the day, Diane didn't always get it so right and tended to swamp her teeny frame in frumpy outfits like this one. Thankfully, since then, she's discovered Chanel, Jason Wu and a host of other designer labels.

Jennifer Lopez:

Yikes, remember this! Her abs were to die for but the rest of J Lo's ghetto get up is best forgotten about. Thankfully Jenny from da block ditched P Diddy (or is it Puff Daddy now?), the booty jeans and has embraced a much more sophisticated sexy look. And she's getting better with age too! 

Kelly Osbourne:

Growing up in the spotlight is hard and we would die if anyone got their hands on some of the teenage horrors we sported in our youth, so full marks to Kelly for overcoming that awkward stage, embracing her body and finding her fashion feet. Nowadays she rocks the red carpet, knows how to dress for her shape and looks healthy to boot. 

Kim Kardashian:

We have to admit, sometimes Kim still gets it arseways (no pun intended) and we're a little freaked out that Kanye dresses her like she's his lifesize Barbie doll, but the reality star has come a long way since the early days. We wonder what her rapper baby daddy makes of those boots!
