Tuesday looks like it will be a very different day in different parts of the country.
Those in the north and west can expect breezy conditions and outbreaks of rain with highs of 16 to 19 degrees. It'll be warm and humid in the east and south, meanwhile, with some sunshine and top temperatures of 20 to 25 degrees. We can also expect some moderate wind.
It's then forecast to cool off towards the end of the week.
As for this weekend, Met Éireann says that light showers across the country that will turn into persistent rain, sometimes heavy, later this evening with highs of 17 to 21 degrees.
