The Wright Venue is set to close later this month.
The iconic Dublin venue will shut its doors for the last time on January 14.
This follows the closure of Leopardstown’s Club 92 which ceased operation on New Year’s Eve and the city centre’s Lillie’s Bordello that will close on January 19.
Staff were informed of the closure of the Swords club earlier this week.
Management stated that they are committed to offering alternative employment to as many of their staff as possible.
The Wright Venue first opened its doors a decade ago and has since played host to swathes of global musicians and DJs including Duke Dumont, Ellie Goulding, Craig David, Martin Garrix, Nicky Romero, 50 Cent, and Rihanna.
A sad day for the Dublin club scene.
