Woman Launches Search For One Night Stand She Met In Coppers… To Tell Him About His 12-Year-Old Son

A Irish woman has appealed for help in tracking down the father of her son, who was conceived during a one-night stand twelve years ago. The woman sent an anonymous letter to the Tubridy 2FM show this morning and told listeners that she has an 11-year-old son, whose father is an Armagh man called Sean that she met at Copper Face Jacks nightclub in August 2003. The pair met on Friday August 2nd, the night before Laois played Armagh at Croke Park, and spent the night together at Bewley's Hotel in Ballsbridge. She revealed that they went their separate ways the following morning and she has never attempted to contact him to tell him about his son until now. “We weren’t too drunk but this happened twelve years ago so I don’t have a great memory of everything. I think this guy’s name was Sean and he was from Armagh and he may have had an earring. I want nothing from him, he has his own life but I just wanted to let him know. We all do stupid things but I have no regrets.” “My son is 11 and he has brilliant stepdad now and everything is great. That night woke me up in life and made me grow up. Everyone does these kinds of things when they are young and this has been on my mind for years wondering what I could do to find this person without a second name.
