VIDEO: Band Aid 30 Unveiled For the First Time on Tonight’s X Factor

The Band Aid 30 single, a slightly altered version of Do They Know It's Christmas? was unveiled on tonight's X Factor results show. Featuring stars such as Ed Sheeran, One Direction, Ellie Goulding and Bono, the UK government has said that VAT will not have to be paid on the single. Some of the lyrics have been changed to reflect the Ebola crisis.

  Bob Geldof appeared on the results show tonight to unveil the recording for the first time and said that the new recording is a little bit of "pop history". In other X Factor news, Jay James and Stevi Ritchie sang for survival tonight.
