The University of LA has been put on lockdown following a shooting.
It happened at 9:55am local time in an engineering building and resulted in the whole campus being placed on lockdown.

It’s reported that two people have been injured in the shooting but it’s not yet known what condition they are in.

The LAPD are said to have the city of Los Angeles on tactical alert.
