Two weather warnings are in place on Monday morning

 The second warning is for fog which affects counties in Connacht and is likely to be dense in some areas. Use your fog lights in affected areas but remember to switch them off when no longer needed. Met Éireann has said that conditions will improve later in the morning with frost and fog clearing to make way for dry sunny spells. Here is the outlook for the rest of the week:

"Tuesday night: Mild and breezy with patchy rain, drizzle and fog. Temperatures not falling below 6 to 10 degrees. Wednesday and Thursday: Very mild and very windy. Some sunny spells in the east but for most a cloudy day and in the southwest, west and northwest it will be misty with rain at times and hill and coastal fog. Temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees in strong south to southeast winds, gusting to gale force. Very mild nights. Friday: Quite mild with temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees and the strong south to southeast winds will ease gradually. It will continue misty in the southwest and west with scattered outbreaks of rain. Mainly dry over the rest of the country with a few bright or sunny spells."
