Warning: You will be in BITS after watching this tribute to Irishman David Conway, but it’s worth it.

David Conway, a 37-year-old from Rathcoole in Co. Dublin, remains in hospital in Brisbane after a tragic fall in July.

David fell more than 20 metres from scaffolding while working on a construction site in the Australian city.

He was soon rushed to Gold Coast University Hospital, having been resuscitated by his colleagues on site, with his family all flying over to be with him in his time of need.

This fundraising page was set up by his brother Stephen and close friend Tadhg Ennis, and now Tadhg has put together this incredible tribute to the man they call ‘Dodger’.

The video shows the countless tributes from friends and family as David continues his recovery, with fundraising efforts, well wishes, bespoke tattoos and promises of visits to Australia in the coming months from his nearest and dearest.

If this doesn’t cause you to shed a tear, we’d be very surprised.

All the very best to Dodger in his recovery. He’s well loved.
