Gardaí are investigating the discovery of the body of a newborn baby in a Bray recycling plant.
RTÉ News is reporting that the Guards were called to the Greenstar facility in Fassaroe at 11am this morning when the discovery was made.
A GP was called before the State Pathologist and the Garda Technical Bureau were notified.
A preliminary examination by a state pathologist is due to take place at the scene.
The Gardaí are keeping an open mind on whether the case is a personal tragedy or a criminal matter.
