Singer Paul Simon and his wife Edie Brickell were arrested on Saturday night for disorderly conduct after an apparent domestic dispute.
According to Time, the singer was due to appear in court today after he and his wife were arrested at their home in New Canaan, Connecticut.
Police were called to the house at 8pm on Saturday night, but as of yet have not released any details about the argument.
According to NBC Connecticut, he was arrested on “some sort of domestic violence charge.” No other information has been released about the arrest.
Brickell and Simon have been married for over 20 years.
