Seal is being investigated after claims he sexually assaulted an actress

Seal is being investigated by Police in LA after a woman reported him for sexual assault.

Tracey Birdsall, who works as an actress, was neighbours with the singer in 2016 when she claims he 'forced himself on her' and tried to kiss her. When she told him to stop, he insinuated that she was 'asking for it' by the clothes that she was wearing, and proceeded to grope her breasts. She managed to escape without any further advances and has not spoken to him since. Meanwhile, a rep for Seal told TMZ:

"Seal vehemently denies the recent allegations made against him by a former neighbour for alleged misconduct more than a year ago. He intends to vigorously defend himself against these false allegations."

Tracey wasn't planning on making an official complaint, but after seeing his post at the weekend about Harvey Weinstein and Oprah, she decided to report him.
