Brandon Jones, who played Andrew on the hit show, was facing five and a half years in prison after he allegedly pulled a gun on his neighbour during an argument.
However, according to TMZ, after pleading no contest this week to one count of misdemeanor assault with a firearm, he was sentenced to just 180 days in jail.
The actor also got three years probation, 30 days of community labour and 26 anger management classes after accepting a plea deal.
The actor spent two years on the hit ABC/Freeform show before his departure in 2015.
