Earlier we brought you the news that there would be a massive water protest and ‘Festival For Change’ organised by activist group Right2Change in the city centre, and people were out in their droves to demonstrate against the decisions made by the outgoing government.
Although the march was primarily organised to protest water charges, it also encompassed anger about other austerity measures introduced by the government, and the current housing crisis.
