Oscar Pistorius could be out of prison by August of this year.
The Paralympic athlete was sentenced to five years in prison last year after being found guilty of culpable homicide following the death of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in February 2013.
According to reports, a family member has allegedly revealed that Pistorius will be released on parole in August, having served 10 months of his five-year sentence.
Meanwhile, the prosecution has reportedly been granted an appeal date for the case, which will take place in November.
