O.J. Simpson has been released from prison and granted parole after spending nine years of his 33-year sentence.
The former American Footballer was convicted of armed robbery and assault in Las Vegas after an incident in 2007.
He was granted a parole hearing in July and a final decision was made this morning.
The Nevada Department of Corrections confirmed that he was released from the Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada, shortly after midnight local time.
