Massive Search Underway For Ben Garrett, Missing In Galway

A massive search is underway in Galway this morning for missing 21-year-old Ben Garrett.  Ben was last seen in the Eglington Street area of Galway City at approximately 01.45am on Thursday morning, after leaving Carbon nightclub, possibly heading in the direction of Eyre Square. He is described as being around 6ft in height with short brown hair and of athletic build and was wearing a light blue round-neck jumper and dark jeans when last seen. Military personnel began their search at approximately 10am, and Gardaí have issued an appeal to the community to help in the search, meeting at Millstreet Garda Station.
