The actor is being investigated according to reports.
A 22-year-old woman has claimed that Mark Salling raped her.
According to TMZ the woman said that she and Salling entered a room to have sex but she changed her mind telling him ‘I can’t do this’. According to the police report he refused to stop.
The incident happened almost four years ago and the unnamed victim filed a report in April of this year.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing whether to file rape charges against the actor, who formerly played Puck in Glee.
Last December Salling was arrested on suspicion of possessing child pornography. He pleaded not guilty and was then charged with receiving and possessing child pornography.
Salling also settled a lawsuit with former girlfriend, Roxanne Gorzela, for $2.7 million over sexual battery charges in 2013.
