The best news you’ll hear all day.
There’s nothing worse than being tired and craving a coffee.
You look like shite, your hair’s a mess and you just do NOT want to see anyone. You have the instant coffee in the cupboard but it’s just not the same as a caramel macchiato or a mocha.
So what to do? Well the solution is finally here.
According to the Belfast Telegraph, a Starbucks drive-through is coming to Connswater shopping centre has signed on to take on the project.
The store, which will be over 3,300 square foot big will open before the end of 2016 with the construction of the new Starbucks expected to start in October.
Asset manager of Killultagh Estates – the company which owns the Connswater shopping centre – Laura Mc Carthy spoke of the upcoming Irish store.
“The decision by Starbucks to choose Connswater as its first location in Northern Ireland for a drive- through store demonstrates the confidence that retailers have in the scheme and its strategic location in east Belfast.”
People took to Twitter to express their excitement for their favourite coffee chain to open a drive-through.

Who knows, maybe with the huge success the drive-through will get from Belfast, we could well see a few popping up in Dublin or other cities.
*Crosses fingers*
