Gardai are investigating the cause of a Luas line collision which saw up to eleven injured.
Emergency services rushed to scene last night, after a car collided with a Luas on the red line at around 10:20pm.

Three fire engines from the Dublin Fire Brigade arrived at the junction of Suir Road and Davitt Road, where the incident took place.
Also at the scene were at least six ambulances, a paradmedic car and an emergency doctor.
Twelve people, ten men and two women received medical treatment at the scene, with at least nine people taken to St. James’ and Tallaght hospitals.

It has since been confirmed that the injuries suffered by the passengers, aged from teens to mid-thirties, are not serious.
The Luas red line has this morning confirmed that service has resumed.
