One hundred jobs are set to be created at Globoforce's new headquarters in Dublin.
Recruitment for the roles is already underway with jobs being created in a number of sectors including software development, software engineering, user experience, analysts, finance, customer service and customer success.
Currently, Globoforce employs 210 people in Ireland.
Globoforce is an Irish software company which provides employee reward and incentive schemes for many of the world's biggest companies.
Co-founded in 1999 by Eric Mosley and Eddie Reynolds in Dublin, some of Globoforce's customers include Symantec, Intuit, JetBlue, Cisco and InterContinental Hotels Group.
