Facebook is growing its employee base by 200. The jobs will be based in Dublin in sales, engineering and online operations.
According to RTÉ News, this is all part of a large expansion to increase employees here to 2,000 individuals. The company currently employs 1,300 at present.
The company has recently expanded its office space in Silicon Dock, and it now occupies 250k square foot of space.
They are also opening a separate data centre in Clonee, Co. Meath.
