Did you purchase a wig recently?
As Halloween looms ever closer, it’s likely that you’ve already started getting your costume together.
If you’ve purchased a wig from Dealz be aware that they are no recalling the product for falling below standards.
The wigs being recalled are blue, pink, green, black and red both short and long.
In a statement on their website, the company said:
“Dealz is recalling the above Halloween Wigs which have been found to fall below our standards. The wigs affected have been on sale at Poundland stores, Poundland Online and Dealz stores since August 2016.
If you have purchased one of these products (listed above) or have any concerns regarding any other Dealz/Poundland wig you have purchased previously to August 2016, please return it to your nearest store for a full refund.
As a responsible retailer we take the testing and the standard of our products very seriously and remain committed to the highest levels of product quality which is why we are taking this precautionary measure. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
They said that if you are concerned about your product you should check the barcode on your purchase matches those shown on the notice. If it does you should return the item to your nearest store as soon as possible.
They add:
“If you have purchased this product for someone else or know someone who has one, please tell them about this notice.
