Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the ‘mastermind’ believed to be behind the attacks in Paris on November 13th, is dead.
The man who orchestrated the multiple terrorist attacks in the French capital has was shot and killed by police during a massive raid on a Saint-Denis apartment in north Paris yesterday morning.
There are further reports that a second person was killed during the raid – a woman wearing an explosive vest, which she apparently used to blow herself up.
Eight other people were arrested during yesterday morning’s operation.

While no police suffered casualties, an explosives dog named Diesel was killed during the stand-off.
Addressing a press conference yesterday evening, Paris public prosecutor, François Molins confirmed that eight people were arrested after the Saint-Denis raids, and at least two suspects killed.
