BREAKING: An earthquake has hit areas of the UK and Wales

It was felt around the west of England and Wales.

An earthquake has hit the west of the United Kingdom, as it was felt all the way from Cornwall to Liverpool and across Wales. The tremor struck at 2:30pm on Saturday afternoon.

There has been a minor earthquake throughout South Wales....no need for you to contact the Emergency Services unless you have something to report ie:- injuries or damage. Hope this sets you minds at rest SWP
