The body of Lisa Marie Naegle has been discovered after it was reported that she had been missing since attending a party.
The 36-year-old nurse who is known for appearing on E! network’s Bridalplasty.
“We can confirm a body which we believe is Lisa Marie was discovered in a shallow grave at the suspect’s home,” police spokesman Sal Ramirez said. “The detectives strongly believe it is her.”
34-year-old Jackie Jerome Rogers has confessed to the murder.
The Daily Breeze is reporting that Rogers, a student nurse, was under Naegle’s tutorship and was romantically linked to Naegle. He reportedly struck the woman with a hammer when she told him she wanted to end their relationship.
Naegle’s husband Derek Harryman told The Daily Breeze that his wife last contacted him around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
He said she sounded drunk and when asked where she was she replied that she would be getting something to eat and would soon be home.
The next morning he returned from work to find his wife was not there.
Harryman texted her again and received no response. He soon learned Naegle had failed to show up Sunday to teach her classes. He then reported her missing Sunday night at the Harbor Division.
