Bank Of Ireland Customer? You Might Have Some Trouble Accessing Your Account Today

Bank of Ireland has confirmed that some of its customers are having difficulties accessing their accounts today. The bank's Twitter account was targeted with a string of messages from frustrated customers this morning, with many struggling to check their account details through online banking and the BOI smartphone app. On attempting to enter their log-in details, users were informed that their PIN was incorrect as a result of a technical glitch.

BOI have said that their technical team is currently looking into the problem and apologised for delays experienced in accessing their phone service.
