AUDIO – Brian O’Driscoll Makes Fan’s Day With Surprise Call To The Ray D’Arcy Show

After that particularly emotional day on Saturday, we just didn't think we could shed any more tears over Brian O'Driscoll. Well, we got a little weepy again this morning, but for some really good reasons. A huge fan of BOD, Niall, contacted the Ray D'Arcy Show to tell listeners that he and his wife went along to the team's dinner after the game to seek out O'Driscoll. They met most of the team, but just couldn't find Brian anywhere! It was only when Niall was checking through the photos that he noticed BOD in the background!!! When Niall and Michelle, his wife, called in to to tell Ray their story, they got a huge surprise! Speaking to Michelle, Brian said: “I’m sorry I missed you on Saturday, I didn’t vanish off early - I was the last one on the bus...I hope you had a good day, I had a good one”.
