More than 215 litres of BEER has been seized by Gardaí this week

Well, that was a great find.

216 litres of beer and 26 litres of spirits have been seized by Gardaí at Dublin Port. It has been reported that the booze was found on Sunday and was concealed in a truck that was carrying above-board alcohol. However, it's not the only thing that was seized by Gardaí this week. Last Saturday, Revenue officers at Dublin Airport acquired around 24,000 Benson and Hedges cigarettes as well as 25kg of shisha tobacco. And last Wednesday, officers seized €54,000 worth of medicine (which is believed to be steroids), when they stopped a truck arriving into Dublin Port from Holyhead.
