After research and interviewing experts, LinkedIn's new findings say that a quarter life crisis will arrive when you're 26 and nine months.
Very specific.
The research shows that 72 percent of young professionals have suffered from a quarter-life crisis already.
And the two top triggers of it are getting on the property ladder (57 percent), and finding a fulfilling career (57 per cent).
Finding a life partner came in third with 46 percent.
Psychologist Dr Alex Fowke said a quarter-life crisis is, "a period of insecurity, doubt and disappointment surrounding your career, relationships and financial situation.
"This can stem from a period of life following the major changes of adolescence, when a person starts to doubt their own lives and begins to face the extent of the stresses associated with becoming an adult."
However, it's not all doom and gloom as Dr Fowke continues: "We see the quarter-life crisis as positive, one that enables you to take a step back, readdress the situation and make a positive impact on your happiness."‘I’m a 29-year-old woman and my income would shock my friends if it was made public’
