Stephanie Roche is heading Stateside for the next stage of her footballing career it was revealed last night.
The Republic of Ireland and Puskas Award finalist has signed for National Women’s Soccer League team Houston Dash.

The news was confirmed on Twitter on Tuesday night.
“We’re getting a player with great ability, a superb left foot and possibly the best goalscorer out of Ireland since Olivia O’Toole,” said head coach Randy Waldrum.
The former Peamount United player will head to the States after leaving French team ASPTT Albi at the end of 2014.
