A new video promoting women in sport has become an internet sensation over the last few days.
This Girl Can by Sport England is part of a campaign that has been launched which uses women from all walks of life to inspire others to get up and active.
Branded as a “campaign with a difference” the video has been getting a lot of love online, with many proclaiming it shows the reality of working out and getting active.
“We did lots of research,” said Tanya Joseph, executive director. “And there was one single unifying theme – fear of judgement.
“It’s about women and how they overcome normal challenges.”
