Unicorn hair, unicorn nails, unicorn cupcakes - the internet has become obsessed with everything unicorn-related.
Not to be outdone, one internet personality is getting in on the action too.
Dr Sandra Lee, AKA Dr Pimple Popper, has shared one of her rankest videos ever and we're kind of sorry we watched it, but really not sorry at all.
The clip sees Dr Lee get to work on a six-year-old cyst that the patient had tried to tackle himself, only for it to ooze out gunk that looks like cottage cheese. Ugh.
The big moment comes at 2:40 - we won't describe exactly what goes down but if you're a big pimple-popping fan you might want to skip to that bit.
If not, you probably shouldn't watch the video at all.
Thankfully, the doctor works her magic and reveals that the patients forehead will heal with minimal scarring and no visible bump. Magical!
How does she do it?
Now, we know we've said it already but seriously, this is not for the faint of heart so don't come crying to us if you can't sleep tonight - you've been warned.
