This mother is being criticised for the amount of Christmas presents under her tree

That's a lot of presents.

A mother in the UK has been criticised for the amount of presents she has bought for her children this Christmas. Emma Tapping shared a picture of her tree which is barely visible because of the gigantic pile of presents in front of it. Along with a photo of the mound she said, "Another year of hard graft, saving and planning. Another year of my family making me proud everyday. They deserve a great Christmas. The haters will hate but nothing and no one will change how I do Christmas." Her tree first went viral last year when she shared a picture of it. She was forced to respond at that point saying:

"I LOVE christmas I LOVE spoiling my kids in the festive season and I work damn hard to make sure it is every bit as amazing as it can be. So 2 fat fingers up to all the judgemental a**holes and big thanks to all the normal, everyday people who dont really give a shit about SOMEONE else's christmas tree or got into the festive spirit with me."

This year, though, she's made it even bigger and it's caused quite a stir online. One person said, "You're not teaching your children anything with this. You're just spoiling them," while another added, "Christmas is about the love and memories there, not just about how many presents can be put under the tree and shared on Facebook for 'likes'." Another person was more concerned about the logistics of the whole thing saying, "Ok, so my questions are 1) how do you turn your tree lights off? 2) how do you et to your curtains? 3) how do you get to use that door? And finally 4) how the heck do you keep your kids off those pressies for the best part of a month."
