MasterChef – BBC Two (8.30pm)

Only three of the remaining chefs will go through to the next stage of the competition. First they will have to impress Gregg Wallace and Michel Roux Junior with two courses.

Step Brothers – 5* (9.00pm)

Will Ferrell and John C Reilly star in this comedy about two men whose worlds are turned upside down when they are thrown together after their single parents marry and decide it’s time for them to fly the nest.

Inside Claridge’s – BBC Two (9.00pm)

This programme gives an insight into the wonderful world that is the iconic five-star hotel in London. From multi-million pound renovations to royal visitors, it really is fascinating to see how the mega-rich live.

The Real Man’s Road Trip – Channel 4 (9.00pm)

In the second part of the documentary comedians Sean Lock and Jon Richardson head to the swamps to experience bullfrog-catching and hunting. They also have a close encounter with an alligator.

The Road to Perdition – TG4 (9.30pm)

Michael Sullivan is a loving husband and father but he is also a hitman. When his son sees his part in a killing, they end up having to go on the run from gangsters. Starring Tom Hanks, Paul Newman and Jude Law.
