Charlotte Campbell is definitely daddy’s girl.
The six-year old from New Zealand is her dad Alistair’s pride and joy. So when his little girl had to have a cochlear implant, Alistair didn’t want it to affect her confidence or self-esteem.
With this in mind, Alistair decided to get a new tattoo last weekend – shaving off his hair and having a replica implant etched on his head to match his daughter’s model.
According to Metro UK, Charlotte LOVED the gesture from her kind-hearted dad, with the image of his latest artwork going viral since posted to Facebook.
In a Facebook post outlining his decision to shave his head, Alistair said although he probably will let his hair grow back, he’ll be happy to ‘shave it off for special occasions’ or if Charlotte needs a pick-me-up.
What a hero.
