Stepping out in a bikini can be daunting at the best of times so the last thing you want is for it to look as though you’ve leaked.
That’s exactly the vibe everyone’s getting from a two-piece from Marks and Spencer.
While the top is perfectly decent, the bottoms are… well just look for yourself.
I think the M&S designer was having a bad day, not a look I want to go for this summer ? pic.twitter.com/afbJYkqXJB

My mum just showed me this and I’m sorry but whoever works designing the @marksandspencer women’s bikinis must be taking the piss ? #AprilFoolsDay pic.twitter.com/91HZMcU7Pt

The bottoms, which have either sold out or been pulled from sale as they’re no longer on the M&S website, are in a peach shade but appear to have a red ombré detail on the crotch.
Naturally, folks online are finding this gas.

Did they actually show this to any women before going ahead with production?

Some people who did not find these one bit gas were those who left reviews on the product page on the M&S website.
One shopper said she was “very disappointed”, which seems strange as she surely must have seen them before buying them.
“Definitely NOT a good look or one I want to sport when I am on my holiday.
“I was very disappointed as the fit is nice and so is the shape but the red patch at the front is definitely all wrong!”
God love us.
