Irish hotel named as one of the best in the world and yeah, we can see why

Jade Hayden

Makes sense, yeah.

If you’ve got a bit of cash and a load of free time on your hands, you might be considering taking a little trip away.

And if you’ve got infinite cash and even more free time on your hands, you might consider checking out Condé Nast Traveler‘s ‘Hot-List’ of the year to find yourself a fancy AF hotel to stay in.

Why not, like? They’re only the best in the world.

This year’s list includes everything from Sweden’s Treehotel to Lima’s Villa Barranco to Spain’s Akelarre.

Also on 2018’s list is our very own Adare Manor.

Since the hotel reopened last last year after 21 months of restoration and refurbishments, it’s been a bit of a hot spot in terms of luxury sleeping, dining, and all those other things you definitely do in hotels.

Here’s what the Hot-List had to say about Limerick hotel.

“Adare is a delicious mix of old and new. It’s barely 30 minutes from Shannon Airport, making it one of the closest country manors you can reach on seasonal, nonstop flights from the U.S. (it’s an easy two hour drive from Dublin in winter).

“While retaining an old-school, aristocratic vibe, Adare’s fanciful gargoyles, genuinely warm staff, grand and intimate spaces, and super-comfortable rooms make it somewhere uniquely and unabashedly the Ireland of now.”

Stunning.

Adare Manor now has a new 42 bedroom wing, with different rooms and suites on offer to guests.

There’s also a new spa, banqueting facilities, a ballroom and their very own cinema.

The Spa is Ireland and the UK’s first and only La Mer Spa, making it one of the eleven La Mer spas worldwide.

Lovely.

If you wanted to book yourself a night in Adare Manor tomorrow, it would cost you a cool €550 for a classic room.

Or, if you wanted to flash the cash a bit, you could book yourself a Signature 1 bedroom suite for just €2250.

Grand like, no bother.
