"Use two fingers to split your [labia] as you shave," she advises.
She chooses to shave inside her labia but says that if you're nervous about knicking anything with the razor and drawing blood, you should "shave a little above your lips and a little above your clitoris" and then trim whatever else you want with a scissors afterwards.
She blow-dries her nether region afterwards to make sure there's no lingering moisture down there.
You can press a hot towel or rub some aloe vera on the area you've shaved if it's feeling irritated or even some moisturiser, but not too much.
"Make sure it is just a dab," she said. "You don't want the area to be too moist."
