How One Boxer Beat The Twitter Trolls: A Tough Lesson Goes Viral

We can honestly say this guy probably wet his pants...

It was Twitter trolling to the next level… and it has become a worldwide viral tale.

Former footballer and now-boxer Curtis Woodhouse was at the end of some nasty comments on Twitter this week. So he came up with a plan.

A scary plan, but one that worked.

Twitter user @jimmyob88 was brave from behind the keyboard, tweeting the boxer after his defeat and they weren’t words of encouragement, our brothers at Joe.ie reported.

Woodhouse took action and tweeted him, saying he was on his way to “have a little chat” with him.

Kudos to Woodhouse for using the internet’s power and finding out the young man’s address. He proceeded to make his way to his house, tweeting photos of his journey along the way.

It’s safe to say jimmyob88 was probably wetting himself.

Sure enough, the troll backed down and apologised.

Since the Twitter fun, messages of support for Woodhouse have flooded in, with even controversial footballer Joey Barton getting involved tweeting: “I’m not an advocate of violence but what @woodhousecurtis has just done is hilarious! Another big mouth left with s**tty undies…”

Just shows how people in the public eye really feel about the nasty trolls…
