Hot Chocolate Topped With Doughnuts Has Arrived And We Can’t Cope At All

Oh. Good. Lord. This is what we call chocolate heaven. There’s a new bad boy in town and we’re drooling just by writing about it. Recently, we brought you news of newly-opened doughnut shop Aungier Danger on Dublin’s Aungier Street (which sells out most days by lunchtime just an FYI) and now, now ladies and gents we’ve found another place to while away a few hours of our lives.

Sweet Republic, which is already a favourite with those in the know, has revealed a brand new treat and it looks absolutely mouth-watering. They unveiled their new Superhero hot chocolates and milkshakes on social media over the weekend and nearly sent chocolate lovers across the country into meltdown with one amazing creation – they are putting a fresh doughnut on top of the drink.

Yes, you did read that right. “Meet our sweet Superheros!” they wrote. “Choose from either a luxurious hot chocolate or a cool and dreamy shake flavoured to your choice with a delicious fresh donut full of yummy toppings!” *Drooooools*
