With What If in cinemas this week, this really got us thinking about those relationships that we thought were friendships but were really so much more. Let’s face it, we’ve all had romantic notions about a friend every now and then but we want to know, can men and women really be “just friends”?
With this in mind, we decided to have a debate in the Her.ie offices about whether women and men can be friends and with that, we asked you, the readers, if they could be friends.
Accoring to you, men and women can totally be friends! 62% of all the votes cast said that guys and gals can totally be just completely platonic.
Despite the fact that the majority says that men and women can be friends, there is still a whopping 38% that think men and women can’t be friends. We bet there’s some interesting stories in there!
