An American man has won over legions of fans on Facebook due to his uplifting get up, get out and do something motto.
Larry Evans from St Louis weighs 57 stone and has been charting his weight loss attempts on his Facebook account for the last 140 days. He has been posting workout pictures and videos to his page showing him tackling swimming, spinning, weight lifting and one-on-one sessions with his personal trainer.
The determined man has won over fans with his inspirational quotes and mottos and his recent video has attracted almost half a million likes and 60,000 comments which include. “Well done Larry…you’re an inspiration to many! Keep up the hard work man!” along with thousands of other hugely supportive ones.
His video has been captioned; “My work out day 140 part 2! Please don’t judge me. If you don’t have nothing to say nice keep it to yourself. Get up get out and do something.”
The gym where he works out has also become a massive support and have set up a #TeamLarry campaign, where people can donate healthy food and follow his weight-loss journey.
