WARNING: Spoilers below for the first episode of The Celebrity Apprentice
Those who desperately missed the boardroom scenes on TV3, rejoice. The first episode of The Celebrity Apprentice aired last night.
The new series sees familiar Irish faces battling it out to bag €25,000 for their chosen charity.
With Caroline Downey taking over the seat vacated by Bill Cullen, contestants including Amanda Brunker and Mikey Graham will compete over the coming weeks to be named the Celebrity Apprentice.
On last night’s episode, the teams were set the challenge of designing t-shirts to be sold in Penneys stores in aid of the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC).

The t-shirts will cost €6 each and were designed by each of the teams to convey an anti-bullying message as part of a task set by the ISPCC to generate much needed funds to continue to make their important services available to children at risk. All profits from the sale the of the t-shirts will be donated to the charity.
Model Daniella Moyles was selected as the week’s individual winner by entrepreneur and business leader Caroline Downey with the help of her associates; entrepreneur John Maguire and former TD Liz O’Donnell. Daniella won the panel over with her determination and enthusiasm, which they felt was instrumental in the girls’ team winning the task.
