Here are the celebs who stood alongside students at the March for Our Lives rallies

They turned out in their thousands.

Today, in Washington DC and all over the world, women, men, students and children all stood alongside one another in the numerous March For Our Lives rallies.

It stems from the 18+ school shootings that have taken place throughout the US in only this year alone.

Emma Gonzalez, who created the March For Our Lives movement, orchestrated this whole event after she survived the February 2018 Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida.

Since then, she has rose as a powerful and strong voice for students, after she gained international attention for a speech she gave at a gun violence rally.

Together with Emma, the students of the Parkland school have been campaigning, and today many celebrities showed up to their march to show their support.
