Monday’s are tough. Especially when the mornings are frantic and the weather looks less than perfect.
But think about it – it could be worse.
It could be Tuesday.
Here’s seven reasons Monday is not actually the worst day of the week.

You have great intentions
I’ll definitely go for a long walk this evening, and I’m making a homemade dinner every night.
You haven’t lost all hope yet
That’s Tuesday morning, the actual worst time of the week.
There’s at least one work friend you’re happy to see
“How was your weekend? Tell me everything!”
You haven’t run out of weekend stories yet
That happens on Wednesday, at which point you start asking what everyone is doing next weekend.
The fridge is full
The shopping is usually done at the weekend, ergo you’re good until at least Tuesday.
No work pressure
You have ALL week to do it, so you’ll be super organised and write yourself an ultimate ‘To Do List’. Then Friday rolls around and you’ve only managed to cross off two things. FML. Don’t think about that now.
You get to reward yourself for getting through it
I deserve that glass of wine. And dessert. I’ll go for the long walk tomorrow.
